Site 5B is located on the south side of Piccadilly Street, halfway between Braddock Street and Washington Street at 125 W Piccadilly Street.  It is close to the Carnival Midway and the Winchester walking mall. There are 2 rows of premium chairs available. These chairs are a little wider and have seat cushions.
